Frequently asked questions
Does it cost anything?
No. Listing a shop, a trade or a guesthouse is free.
Do I need documents or an ID card?
No. Claiming a shop uses a storefront photo taken with the in-app camera and a phone number. The number is only used to verify you and is never shown publicly.
My shop already has a page. Where did the information come from?
We start shop pages from public Google Maps information so people in town can find them. Once the owner claims the page, its content and photos belong to the shop.
What if someone else claims my shop?
Tap "Contact the team" at the bottom of the shop page, or reach us through the Contact page. We will check by phone or video call.
How do customers reach me?
Through the channels you choose to show, such as phone, LINE or your page. Customers can also message tradespeople in the app without exchanging numbers first.
